Koyo marks and JTEKT numbers

Submit old Koyo marks and current JTEKT numbers side by side.

You don't have to convert anything first. Copy the Koyo marking from the gearbox BOM and the JTEKT number from your purchase records exactly as written. We match both to the same bearing before the quote goes out.

From your gearbox BOM

Old Koyo marking

  • Copy the marking exactly as it appears on the drawing or the bearing
  • Keep any suffixes, even if they look unfamiliar
  • Partial or worn marks are fine; add a photo

From your purchase records

Current JTEKT number

  • Enter the JTEKT number next to the old Koyo mark on the same line
  • Either reference alone is enough to start
  • Any substitute is listed separately for your approval

Organised by shaft position

Quantity per unit and order total are quoted as separate columns.

One gearbox uses several bearings, so each line shows how many fit one unit and how many the whole order needs. Engineers can check the fit, and buyers can check the total, without anything being under- or over-ordered.

Incomplete or worn markings

Send your drawing, even if the marking is unclear.

Attach a photo of the blurred marking and note what you haven't confirmed yet: the shaft position, a missing suffix, or the measured dimensions. We work from what you have, so an old bearing can be identified without guessing.

Target Industries

Koyo bearings for gearbox shops, machine builders and heavy industry.

Machinery Company supplies Koyo bearings for industrial gearbox and reducer builders, transmission repair workshops, assembly plants, cement plants running heavy conveyor gearboxes, agricultural parts dealers and planned maintenance projects.

Built for each reviewer

One quote that engineers, buyers and repair managers can all check.

Each line carries the information every reviewer needs: geometry for design, quantities for purchasing, shaft positions for overhaul.

Customer reviews

What gearbox buyers say about our Koyo supply.

Feedback from gearbox shops, plants and repair workshops on correct executions, careful identification and delivery.

5.0

Our gearbox rebuild shop has used Koyo tapered and cylindrical roller bearings for years. This supplier consistently delivers the correct JTEKT execution, and the bearing timken equivalent cross-reference they provided helped us avoid a substitution that would have failed in service.

Luca Moretti
4.9

We ordered a set of Koyo spherical roller bearings for a heavy conveyor gearbox at our cement plant. They arrived in good time, the load rating matched our calculation, and after nine months of continuous operation the bearing temperature reads normal. No surprises.

Ahmed El-Sayed
5.0

What stood out was how they handled an incomplete part number. We sent a blurry photo of a bearing that had been in service for years, and they came back with two possible Koyo references plus the dimensions to verify. That kind of support is hard to find.

FAQ

Common questions about Koyo / JTEKT bearing quotes

How should I submit old Koyo markings and current JTEKT numbers?

Put them on the same line, exactly as written. Use the old Koyo mark from your gearbox BOM and the JTEKT number from your purchase records. Either one alone is enough, and we match both to the same bearing before quoting.

Can you quote by quantity per unit and by order total at the same time?

Yes. Each line shows quantity per unit and order total in separate columns, grouped by shaft position. That way a full gearbox set is never under- or over-ordered, whether it's a prototype build or a production batch.

What if the bearing number is incomplete or worn?

Send a clear photo of the marking and note what is still unconfirmed. Add the shaft position, gearbox model and any measured dimensions you have. Any proposed substitute is listed separately and needs your approval.

Which product and shipping documents can you provide?

Tell us the destination country and which documents your customs and quality teams require, and we set them out in the quotation.
